Air pollution means Polluting the air in different ways. It refers to the excessive presence of the carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Air is an important element of the environment. Air pollution comes from a wide variety of sources. In Bangladesh poisonous exhaust from Industrial plants, brick kilns, old vehicles and dust from roads and construction sites are some reasons of air pollution. The main reason of air pollution is smoke. Air Is polluted by burning fossil fuels. Heavy smoke produced from all these things mixes with air and polluted it. Buses, trucks and cars use petrol and diesel oil. These vehicles pollute air by emitting smoke. Mills and factories also emit a lot of smoke. So serious air pollution occurs in the industrial areas. Air pollution causes serious problems for us. We become sick by inhaling the polluted air. Air pollution causes temperature to rise. We can minimize air pollution by making less use of motor vehicles. We can encourage people to use CNG. The government should relocate hazardous industries like brick kilns to areas away from human habitation. Finally, we should stop cutting down trees. Our forests must be preserved and trees should be planted across the country massively.
