Tourism is the practice of travelling for pleasure. We can refresh our mind and mentality through tourism. We can widen our outlook and orientation through tourism. We can increase our knowledge and wisdom through tourism. In fact, the importance of tourism is very great. There are many places in our country where tourists like to visit. Generally tourists like to visit Cox's Bazar Sea-beach, Kuakata, Patenga, St. Martin's Island, Nijhum Dwip, Jaflong, Srimongol, Sundarbans, Madhabkunda, Mahasthangarh, Mainamati, Sonargaon, Somapura Mahavihara and so on. I have a great experience of travelling. Few days ago I went to Cox's Bazar Sea-beach. The beach in Cox's Bazar is an unbroken 125 km sandy sea beach with a gentle slope. It is one of the longest sea-beaches in the world. I took bath in the sea beach and got refreshed. I was amazed when I enjoyed the sunrise and sunset scene in the sea beach. Fresh air made me sound. I felt romantic when I enjoyed fresh air. I also collected some oysters. They were actually beautiful to look at. I heard mysterious sound in oysters. The sound really made me thoughtful about nature. However, the most beautiful areas of Bangladesh are St. Martin's Island, Cox's Bazar Sea-beach, Rangamati, Khagrachari, Tajinong, Prantik Lake, Chimbuk Hill, Boga Lake etc. The contribution of tourism in our economic development is very great. Many hotels and motels have been built up surrounding the tourist places of our country. Government earns huge amount of money and gets tax by tourism business. Huge employment opportunities have also been created by tourism business. Our economy is being strengthened by tourism business. Our government can also earn more money if some effective measures are taken to beautify tourist places of our country.
