Dear Sir,

With due respect, we would like to inform you that being interested in literature, we feel urgent to establish a literary club in our college campus. Many promising students in our college have a great taste for literature. But we cannot go on our literary activities for the want of a club. As a result, we intend to establish a literary club with the proposed name, "Creation Literary Club". The club aims at arranging meeting, debate, seminar etc. on literature and cultural activities.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to permit us to set up a literary club and sanction considerable money to meet the necessary expenses.
