Application for allotting a seat in the school hostel

Suppose, your father has recently been transferred from Jamalpur to Rajshahi. As you want to continue your studies at Jamalpur High School, you need accommodation in the school hostel. Now write an application to the Headmaster of your school praying for a seat in the school hostel to continue your studies in your present school.

Most humbly I beg to draw your kind attention that I am a student of class VI in your school. I have been living here at Jamalpur with my parents for three years. But my father is now under order of transfer to Rajshahi from Jamalpur. Mother and other members of our family will also leave for Rajshahi soon. I have no close relatives here with whom I can stay upto my S.S.C. Examination.

In these circumstances, I earnestly hope and pray that you would be kind enough to allot seat for me in the school hostel.
