Application for opening a relief camp

Write an application to the Headmaster of your school to open a relief camp in your school premises so that you can send relief goods to the flood affected people in your locality.

Sir,

We, the students of your school, beg to draw your kind attention to the fact that this Upazilla has been badly affected by the recent flood. People have become quite helpless. They are leading a very miserable life. The relief sanctioned by the government for the flood affected people of this thana is very little. It is a drop in the ocean, so to say. Il relief materials are not sanctioned more, people will have to fight with death. Under these circumstances we want to open a relief camp in our school campus to help the flood affected people.
