Application For a seat in the school hostel

Imagine you are Shariful Islam. You study at Govt. Pilot High School, Sylhet. You are in Section A in Class X. You are suffering from accommodation problem. You would like to stay in the school hostel. Now, write an application to the head teacher of your school for a seat in the school hostel.

Sir,

With due respect I beg to state that I am a student of class X section A in your school. My father is a Government employee (সরকারী চাকুরীজীবি). Recently! (সম্প্রতি) he has been transferred from Sylhet to Dhaka. Our family has already shifted there. I have been suffering much for want of accommodation (থাকার জায়গা). For this reason my studies are greatly hamperred . Besides, I have no relations in the city. So I am badly in need of a seat the school hostel. In the circumstances stated above. I pray and hope that honour would be kind enough to allot me a seat in the school hostel and oblige thereby.
