Application For setting up a canteen on the school campus

Sir,

We have the honour to state that our school is one of the best schools in our town. Students come to this school from distant places. So, they have to leave their residences early. They have to stay quite a long time in the school. To pass this long time we need a good tiffin. But for want of a canteen we have to take tiffin from roadside restaurants. It is both costly and unhygenic. Moreover, these restaurants are the haunts of antisocials. So, the girl students can not go there to take tiffin. Setting up a canteen will go a long to meet our needs.

We, therefore, pray that you would be kind enough to make necessary steps to set up a canteen in our school campus to remove sufferings of the students.
