Application for setting up a debating club in school

Suppose, the students of your school feel the necessity of a debating club in the school. They think it's a right forum to develop their power of speech. It offers a scope of becoming a good orator in future. Now, write an application to the Headmaster of your school requesting him to set up a debating club in your school.

With due respect and humble submission I beg to draw your kind attention to the following fact for your kind consideration. Our is a reputed school with many students. But we have no debating club in our school. For this, we do not get any opportunity to train up ourselves in the art of oratory. It's true that debate is the only effective way that helps a student to learn the art of speech.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to set up a debating club in our school in order to fulfil our long desire and oblige thereby.
