I received your letter. You wanted to know the rules of keeping good health. The first rule that you should follow is to have a balanced diet. Your food should contain correct proportion of carbohydrates, fat, protein, vitamins and mineral as well as water. You should also follow the personal health practices such as washing hands for eating, having bath regularly, wearing clean clothes and brushing teeth regularly. Another rule of good health is to keep the household and environment clean. Moreover clean food and water, regular exercise and regular sleep and rest are also necessary.
