Terrorism means to spread panic and horrify people. It has become a worldwide phenomenon. Terrorists kill innocent people mercilessly. They do this to spread panic among people and cripple government. Thus terrorism is a vicious circle which can ruin a country. Terrorist attacks are usually carried out in such a way as to maximize the severity and length of the psychological impact. Terrorists also attack national symbols, to show power and to attempt to shake the foundation of the country or society they are opposed to. Terrorist acts frequently have a political purpose. There are terrorists in developed and advanced countries as well as developing countries. Unfortunately in recent times terrorism has run through the whole world, particularly Pakistan, India, America and Afghanistan are its targets. Thousands of men, women and children have been killed by the terrorists in different countries and still this evil activity is going on. Governments all over the world are doing their best to put an end to terrorism. Every government must keep a strict eye on terrorists and with the help of its law enforcing departments should try to keep the law and order under control throughout the country. Terrorism is a curse of this age and it will be better for us to get rid of it as soon as possible.
