Tree plantation means planting trees more and more. Trees are very necessary in our life. They are like our friends. We cannot think of our existence without trees. In our daily life trees are used in many ways. In order to live we need oxygen. Trees give us oxygen. They give us food and fruits. We get vitamins from fruits. They also give us shelter. We get timber from trees and without timber we cannot make our houses, furniture, boats, launches, etc. If trees are planted on the bank of rivers and sea-shores, soil erosion can be prevented. To preserve our environment we should plant more and more trees. Government should take necessary steps every year and celebrate tree plantation month to make the people interested in planting trees. Awareness should be increased among people about the necessity of trees. People should not cut down trees indiscriminately. Rather we should take care of trees very sincerely. So, we should plant trees every year.
